Team Lead – Accounting & Bookkeeping - 4–6 years - CA Inter or CMA Inter
What you'll own:
- Monthly close review for a portfolio of ~15–25 clients
- Ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, cut-off checks, sign-off before it reaches the partner
- Compliance review — GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B / GSTR-9, TDS returns, and periodic filings prepared by the accountants
- Exception management — spotting the anomaly, questioning the entry, resolving before it becomes an audit finding
- Balance sheet finalisation
- Team mentorship — guiding three accountants; the first person they come to with technical questions - MIS packs — drafting variance commentary and month-end reports for clients
- Working on Xero and QuickBooks Online and writing directly to overseas parent CFOs
